New retail building constructed from the ground up. 6000 Sq. Ft. Retail building that required tons of planning to erect. We had to work on this project safely and efficiently without causing damage as we had to maneuver over 800 panels without the use of heavy machinery through 88 openings.

I first asked Flawless to come onto a project two years ago to take over some misc steel scope. They immediately stepped up and were able to help my design team work through design issues and lack of detail on the drawings.
