Capabilities statement
Who we are & what we buildAISC Certified Building Fabricator · Denver, CO · Serving industry since 2011Who we are
Founded in 2011, Flawless Steel Welding is a Denver-based, AISC-certified steel fabricator serving commercial and industrial projects across Colorado. Fabrication is the core of the business: a modern, highly automated shop that turns raw structural steel into finished, ready-to-erect members.
In-house estimating and detailing feed the shop directly, keeping bid review, production planning, and fabrication connected. FSW also self-performs erection when the project fit is right, so the steel we fabricate can be installed by a team that already knows it.
Core services
Fabricate the steel, coordinate the details, and keep the shop-to-site path accountable — under one roof in Denver.

In-house estimating and steel detailing help keep bids, scope review, and the path from award to fabrication connected.
Self-performed erection is available for steel FSW fabricates, giving project teams one accountable shop-to-site path when the scope fits.
Capacity & quality
FSW’s shop sustains a fabrication throughput of 30 to 50 tons per week, supported by AISC certification, in-house estimating, and detailing that keeps production moving.
Technology & innovation
CNC-driven plasma cutting, beam drilling, sawing, forming, and automated welding help FSW keep fabrication accurate and repeatable from first cut to final weld.
AI-assisted internal workflows support bid intake, scope questions, project communication, and production information. The tools organize the work; FSW people make the estimating, coordination, safety, and field decisions.
