Every piece of steel is tracked through its full lifecycle — imported from the detailer's model, then moved through cutting, fitting, welding, painting, and quality control, on to shipping and field erection. Quality control down to the weld
Flawless Hub tracks quality as a matrix of parts and operations, so every operation on every piece has a record. When something does not pass, it becomes a documented non-conformance with a tracked resolution — not a note that gets lost between the shop and the field.
The Hub also records how each weld was produced, including whether it was laid by a certified welder or by FSW's robotic welding cell. If a weld is ever questioned, the history is already there.
